Workshops and courses

TO TASTE

Come with your family or friends to see me at my workshop. Together we will share a
gastronomic experience consisting on the tasting of my products married with local
products such as Sant Gil d’ Albió cheese, selected sausages from the village, Segarreta
beer or Conca de Barberà wines, all of them made with the same criteria of
craftsmanship and quality with which I revered myself. An opportunity to learn about
the great range of opportunities and possibilities offered by vinegars, jams, jellies and
chutneys from Maria Soler L’ art de la Conserva (The Art of Preserve).

SPACE

At number 15 of the Santa Coloma de Queralt Square (Conca de Barberà), just under the
porches of the blue house, you will find my workshop and shop. A cozy space in a
charming village.
A quiet town but inside, like vinegars and marmalades, which enjoy both rest and boiling
at the same time.
That’s why I invite you to take my products tasting a step further, and to discover the
environment where I cook to better understand your taste. Santa Coloma de Queralt
belongs to the area of La Baixa Segarra; It is a land of dry land, where each drop is part
of the essence of the future, it is a saffron, cereal, vermouth at the main square,
peaceful walks through the Jewish quarter, the Castle of Santa Coloma Counts or the
hermitage of Bell-Lloc… a place to get lost just to meet again!
In short, the products of Maria Soler L’ Art de la Conserva (The Art of Preserve) would be
others elsewhere and I would love to come to know them in their place of origin.
Please contact the Tourism Office
